    Book Smarts:

McIntosh Park near Wolf Creek, Ga W olf Creek is a planned project in Carroll County, Georgia, by the Temple-inland Land and Timber company.
The project involves the mixed development of more than 11,500 acres of land located mostly in Carroll County and partially in neighboring Douglas County. The location of the Wolf Creek development leverages Carroll County's geographical position along with Temple-Inland's contiguous property ownership; and while the project is massive in scope, it will take approximately 35 years to be fully developed.
What few people realize is that Carroll County borders Alabama to the west, yet it also touches Fulton County, Georgia to the east. This combination offers rural lifestyles and direct connectivity to the South Fulton Parkway. This road connectivity by the Wolf Creek development should allow quick commute times to the Atlanta metro area and to the Atlanta airport.
